An exceptional Japanese fusion spot! The standout for me was the tuna tartare. While communication was a slight hurdle with only one English-speaking staff member, the entire team made an effort to assist despite the language barrier. It seems the menu undergoes frequent changes, perhaps weekly or monthly.

All the dishes were amazing, surprising, varied and - above all - tasty. Especially outstanding: The Nikumisu with Pork, Mussels and fresh Basil; Grilled Tuna with Yuzu(?) and Crème; the Mousse au chocolate with a hint of wasabi. PS: I spent more than what is probably usual, because I had many dishes PPS: Came for dinner because I was amazed by their lunch, which was €22 for me (two dishes) and was just as amazing and varied. It literally made me come back the same evening!

I ordered the Sando Karaage and it was very delicious! However, I couldn’t help but notice that the crispy chicken was very much on the boundary of being cooked through. That’s why there’s a star missing. Anything else was perfect! Great place to eat in

Fantastic lunch at Ippon, with wonderful, friendly, enthusiastic service, and really delicious food- courgette chawanmushi, potato salad, a katsu sando, and wonderful soba. Good beer selection too! Highly recommend.

Amazing food and great team. We were well advise with the wine. All plate are super aesthetics. Only the withe light in the back end room were HORRIBLE. I strongly advise to invest in the lightning atmosphere

We went for the dinner in this cozy izakaya-style restaurant after a quick online search. We had the dinner menu (5 courses + matching wines) and we were surprised by the amazing food and lovely staff. Unexpected combinations and bold tastes that highlighted each different flavour. Truly recommended
